Tiffany Leung is a Canadian Emergency Management Practitioner with extensive expertise in Indigenous humanitarian evacuations and major event management planning, serving as a Planning Section Chief and Health Lead. Her diverse portfolio spans across all levels of government, healthcare, transportation, and academia. In her full-time role, she currently serves as the Senior Manager of Regional Control for Metrolinx/GO Transit.

She holds a Bachelor of Disaster and Emergency Management from York University, is an Associate Business Continuity Professional certified by the Disaster Recovery Institute, a certified IMS provincial Instructor, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University.
