National Town Halls
Canadian Emergency Preparedness and Climate Adaptation Convention will broadcast in conjunction with CBC television a national townhall on Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Management –special broadcast.
Keynote speakers from high-levels of government and also boots-on-the-ground experts such as firefighters and front-line emergency responders will focus the discussions on the national imperative and responsibilities that all Canadians share to be prepared for current threats from natural disasters and emerging changes to future hazards including due to climate change.
